Life can be stressful and super busy at times. It is important to spend time relaxing, even if it's just for a short amount of time. This balance between work and rest helps you stay healthier, not to mention, increases your overall productivity. Some ways to destress and relax that are very effective inclued:


- just listening to music for a few minutes

- going outside and taking a short walk to get some fresh air

- taking a short nap (set an alarm)

- Meditate

- taking a hot shower

- scheduling breaks in between session of work

- Hangout with friends
