During a time period when of quarantine, many of us neglect our physical well-being. Exercising is extremely important to maintaining physical and mental health. Finding ways to fit exercise into our day is also crucial to increasing productivity, strengthening immunity, and many other health benefits. In fact, a Harvard study found that "running for 15 minutes a day or walking for an hour reduces the risk of major depression by 26%."
Some of the benefits of exercising:

2. Increase Productivity
3. More Energy
4. Improve Mood
5. Sleep better
Without going to the gym, many forms of exercise are still available. Going out for a jog or playing frisbee are some things I find very helpful. If you are reluctant to leave the house, exercising indoors is also an option. Designing a short exercise plan including things like squats, pushups, situps, planks, and others and sticking to it can be extremely rewarding.
So now more than ever, find some time to add a 10-20 minute exercise routine into your schedule.
